Terms & Conditions

1. Prices mentioned are Per Application unless specified.
2. Implementation time will be 2 months.
3. Unlimited Number of User Licenses.
4. Admin Panel training will be provided to Super Users Only.
5. Monthly recurring fee to be paid after 15 days of invoice.
6. Prices mentioned exclude fees to Android/Apple store & Whatsapp API
7. Data Fields Mapped will be shared & anything outside will be taken as an additional customization & charged separately.
8. Additional feature functionalities can be developed on request.
9. Back Office support applicable at an extra fee for data entry and updating information so information is always up-to date.
10. Server – if SFL is used, it will be subcontracted to AWS & invoices will be shared at actual. SFL will charge a monthly maintenance fee.
